We only accept payment through PayPal gateway, a well-known, trusted and secure way to make payments over the Internet.
Making a payment to us through PayPal is safe and easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. Find out more information by going to the PayPal web site at paypal.com.
When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal web site. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us.
Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.
After completing your payment you are presented with a link which will allow you to return to our site.
All prices listed on our site are in Euros (EUR), U.S. Dollars (USD) and Great Britain Pound Sterlings (GBP). When the currency you're paying with is different from the listed ones, PayPal converts your payment automatically.
We ship worldwide including Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on the number of ordered magnets:
- Flat Shipping Rate on orders with less than 30 EUR: 7.00 EUR
- Free Shipping on orders with 30 EUR or more: 0.00 EUR
Duties and Taxes
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
Delivery TimesPlease allow 5 working days for the creation and preparation of magnets and the following working days for delivery:
Europe, 3-10 working days
North America, 7-12 working days
South America, 7-12 working days
Asia, 5-12 working days
Africa, 7-15 working days
Oceania, 6-12 working days
If there are any problems concerning your order, we will contact you by email using the email address stated on the order.
Returning a damaged item or requesting a refund
Please send all damaged returns within 30 days of receipt of the item to the following address:

To obtain a full refund of your original charge you must inform us that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt of delivery, explaining the reason in writing to email@example.com
After this period we are not obliged to refund the charge.
You can expect a refund to the credit/debit card originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. Where you are returning an item, we are not obliged to refund any of the delivery charge. The return postage cost is payable by the customer.
