Discover Exuma

The Exumas are a long chain of Bahamian islands and cays where clear water, small settlements and informal beach stops are as much a part of the experience as the famous sandbanks. Many journeys through the islands have a relaxed, improvised feel rather than a polished resort atmosphere.

This magnet focuses on that character. The photograph shows a rustic wooden bar or shelter covered almost completely with signs, licence plates, stickers and handwritten messages left by visitors. Every surface appears to carry a different story from someone who passed through.
